Comfort Hosts Diva Day and Girls Night Out
Hey, ladies! If you're looking for some getaway time with your girlfriends then you need to make plans to visit us here in Comfort, Texas, this holiday season. Each year, the Comfort Merchant Association hosts Diva Day and Girls Night Out to get the holiday shopping season started off right while showcasing our local businesses. Come enjoy cool shops, music, and great food and drinks in our historic downtown district, all decked out for Christmas with twinkling lights and festive holiday decor.
Diva Day will be held Saturday, Nov. 13, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. All the stores and the town is dressed up for Christmas for this festive holiday shopping opportunity. Merchants will offer selections for the Christmas season, tasty treats, and spirited drinks. To add to the fun, be sure to stamp your Passport to Comfort as you visit each business. Collect stamps as you shop, dine and drink, then at the end of the day, turn in your stamped passport for a chance to win two beautiful gift baskets valued together at almost $2,000! The winners will be drawn during Girls Night Out.
Did we say Girls Night Out? You bet! On Tuesday, Nov. 16, from 4-9 p.m., bring a group of your friends to downtown Comfort and get a head start on your Christmas shopping in a party-like atmosphere! There will be special sales and treats at our local merchants, with many businesses providing cocktails, wine and snacks for attendees. Shops will be open late to kick off the holiday season during this exciting night out. Guys, you're welcome to join in the fun, too!
