Hill Country Distillers offers tastings and tours at its family-owned craft distillery that's been making uniquely Texas spirits since 2014. They use locally abundant ingredients – prickly pear cactus, jalapenos and hill country peaches – to create specialty spirits. These unique libations are technically considered "moonshine," in that no corn or grain is used in the fermentation process. Hill Country Distillers also makes a Texas Revenge Gin and a line of liqueurs appropriately called "dulces" because of their sweet, fruity flavors.

Not only does Hill Country Distillers offer bottle sales, but guests also can enjoy a delicious cocktail in the tasting room or outside seating. The backyard is a great place to relax, as there are a variety of games and live music is frequently available. Bring a picnic or take-out meal and make a day of it.
