Comfort is fortunate to be home to several exceptional wineries that are happy to share their wine, their hospitality and their passion for what they do.
Ursa at Branch on High is the downtown tasting room of Bending Branch Winery. With a charming mix of modern and rustic decor, it's the perfect location to enjoy a wine tasting flight paired with a charcuterie plate. Enjoy award-winning wines from Ursa Vineyards in California's Sierra Foothills, or pick up a bottle of Comfort's own Bending Branch wines.
Ursa at Branch on High is open for porch service by reservation and to-go service from noon-6 p.m. Thursday through Sunday.

Offering extraordinary wines in a century-old farmhouse, Newsom Vineyards showcases its passion for growing grapes in every bottle of wine it produces. Behind the tasting room is The Comfort Backyard, a gathering spot for both tourists and locals. Every weekend, you can find great live music from area musicians.
The tasting room at Newsom Vineyards is open from 2-6 p.m. Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday; and noon-7 p.m. Sunday.

If you need a break from your hectic lifestyle, the atmosphere at Singing Waters Winery is sure to lower your stress level. There is ample outdoor space for guests to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the 124-acre property, including 7 acres of vineyards, a meandering creek, and a barn from the 1880s that serves as the tasting room. See it all from the viewing decks that are set amongst the trees! Enjoy your wine with a delicious bite from the on-site restaurant, Bruins Creek Bistro, and catch live music every weekend.
